The following privacy policy applies to all services & websites of Technagger. If you have any questions regarding this privacy policy, please contact us.
In general, the use of the Technagger web offering is possible without providing any personal data. However, for certain services, processing of personal data is necessary, and we want to inform our users about this with this privacy policy.

Additional cookies may be set when visiting subpages or submitting comments.
You can disable the storage of cookies/session cookies directly in your browser settings. However, this may lead to restrictions in some website functions.
The storage of cookies is in the interest of a technically error-free and optimized provision of online content. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Log Data
When you access our websites, our servers automatically store certain information. These server logs may include:
- The URL from which you accessed our site
- Your IP address
- Browser type
- Browser language
- Date and time of your request
Technagger does not draw conclusions about individuals when using log data. This data is stored separately from personal data and is used to deliver content correctly, optimize advertisements, and provide law enforcement authorities with sufficient information in case of a cyber attack.
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, which allows data processing for contract fulfillment or pre-contractual measures.
5. Use of Bloggerei
All Technagger websites integrate a tracking graphic from Bloggerei.de. Bloggerei is a service provided by Online Marketing Consultant, Daniel Paul Töpp, Hortensienring 7, 65929 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. This service allows tracking of visitor numbers for individual blog posts. The use of the tracking graphic transmits log data and IP addresses to the provider of Bloggerei.
This tracking is in the interest of measuring access numbers and optimizing future contributions. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
6. Use of Comments
When using the comment section, the chosen nickname, timestamp, email, website (optional), and IP address are stored for each published comment. This storage is necessary for security reasons to take appropriate action in case of legal violations. These personal data will not be shared unless required by law or necessary for legal defense.
Legal basis: The storage of comments is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the controller. The legality of the data processing carried out before revocation remains unaffected.
7. Retention Period
Personal data of the affected person is stored only for the period necessary to achieve the storage purpose or as required by law. If this purpose ceases, personal data will be routinely deleted in accordance with legal requirements.
Comments and related data remain on our website as long as the commented content is not completely deleted or the comments are not legally required to be removed.

9. Use and Implementation of YouTube
Technagger has integrated so-called YouTube videos into its online offering. YouTube allows users to upload, view, rate, and comment on video content free of charge. YouTube is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Alphabet Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
Each time a page containing an embedded YouTube video is accessed, the corresponding video elements are requested and downloaded by the web browser. This allows YouTube to recognize which subpage the affected person is on. If the person is already logged into their YouTube account, this information is collected and can be assigned. Logging out of the YouTube account beforehand prevents this assignment.
YouTube videos may be embedded on our homepage, in our news section, or in our discussion forum by forum users. We use “enhanced privacy mode” aka “youtube-nocookie” for embedding, so fewer additional cookies are set by YouTube.
Additional Information: YouTube videos are only displayed if the so-called cookie consent banner has been accepted. If this is not the case, only a placeholder with an optional activation option is inserted into the respective post. An active connection to YouTube servers is only established after accepting the cookie banner. Revocation is possible at any time under point 12 of our data protection regulations.
The privacy policy published by YouTube provides information on the collection and use of personal data and can be accessed at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.
The use of embedded YouTube videos is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offerings. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
10. Information on Google AdSense and Personalized Advertising
On subpages of Technagger, advertising services such as Google AdSense may be used. This is a service provided by the third-party provider Alphabet Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States, hereinafter referred to as “Google.” The purpose of Google AdSense is to integrate advertisements into our website. Google AdSense may use invisible graphics to analyze visitor traffic and also store cookies on the user’s access device. All data generated in this way is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and analyzed and stored there. Furthermore, this data may be passed on by Google to contractual partners.
With each visit to a subpage of this website where Google AdSense is integrated, Google gains knowledge of personal data such as the IP address and the time of the request. Google uses this to track clicks and their origin.
To prevent tracking by Google AdSense, users have the following options:
- Cookies can be optionally blocked through browser settings.
- Disable interest-based ads on Google.
- Disable interest-based ads on About Ads.
- Use browser plugins (Adblock, uBlock, etc.).
- “Hide” our cookie information message.
Deactivation settings as per points 2 or 3 are reset when browser cookies are removed.

The integration of Google AdSense is in the interest of ad delivery and advertisement marketing. The delivery of Google AdSense is based on your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR) in the cookie information message. You can revoke your consent at any time (see point 12 of our privacy policy) by contacting the data controller or deleting the cookies from Technagger. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected.
11. Revocation Option (YouTube & Personalized Advertising)
You can revoke your previously given consent to the so-called cookie consent banner at any time. As a result, embedded YouTube videos and personalized advertising will be disabled again on all Technagger websites. Your current status, including the revocation option, can be found in the following settings window:
